Namaste from Hidayatullah National Law University!<\/p>\n

We are reaching out to everyone with immense pleasure to declare that Hidayatullah National Law University is organizing the 1st Hidayatullah National Law University – National Human Rights Commission (HNLU-NHRC) National Moot Court Competition.<\/span> The event shall be conducted from 20th to 22nd September 2024<\/span>, at our campus in Raipur.<\/p>\n

ABOUT THE MOOT<\/p>\n

In this competition, the moot problem is based on Tribal Rights, the first of its kind in India, and as we release the same, we hope that our nation’s esteemed institutions participate in the same thus joining us in our objective of providing a platform for inquisitive minds to explore this essential area of law.<\/p>\n

The competition shall also include esteemed members from the bar, bench, and academia alike thus providing the perfect forum for young professionals to discuss, debate, deliberate, and compete over the nuances of the subject matter.<\/p>\n

The collaboration between HNLU and NHRC signifies a partnership dedicated to nurturing legal brilliance and upholding principles of justice.<\/p>\n

REGISTRATION<\/p>\n

The Provisional Registration form can be accessed at: https:\/\/forms.gle\/2tXbUpjPxbk56NNH7<\/a><\/p>\n

Please note that the Provisional Registration must be completed first by the Moot Court Committee of the Institution, only post which, the Final Registration is to be done.<\/p>\n

Kindly note that the last date for provisional registration is 13th August 2024.<\/span><\/p>\n
