Insolvency Law Academy (ILA) is poised to host the Third Edition of its Annual Conference<\/span>, the 3rd<\/span> meeting of ILA\u2019s Insolvency Scholars Forum and the 2nd<\/span> meeting of ILA\u2019s Emerging Scholars Group in March 2025.<\/p>\n

The upcoming ILA 2025 Conference, scheduled from 14th<\/span> to 16th<\/span> March 2025<\/span>, is slated to take place at the Tijara Fort-Palace, Alwar, Rajasthan, India<\/span>.<\/p>\n

The ILA 2025 Conference will centre on the theme:<\/p>\n

\u2018Insolvency Regimes: A History of Tomorrow\u2019.<\/p>\n

Topics of discussion will include an analysis of what we might have overlooked or are still overlooking from the past in our present actions, our response and readiness for the future, in insolvency policy and practice.<\/p>\n

Past two Editions of ILA\u2019s Annual Conferences have brought together thought leaders and practitioners from around the globe. These conferences have been commended by global insolvency experts, judges and top international thinkers<\/span>. The two Editions have facilitated meaningful discussions and the exchange of ideas that drive the field forward.<\/p>\n

Held in Delhi in February 2023 and in Goa in February 2024, the Conferences were particularly notable for their high-profile attendees and impactful sessions. ILA braces to conduct yet another enriching edition, endeavoring to actualize their vision.<\/p>\n

ABOUT INSOLVENCY LAW ACADEMY<\/p>\n

ILA is an Indian Institute of Excellence in Insolvency.<\/p>\n

ILA has established the Insolvency Scholars Forum and the Emerging Scholars Group to bring together a community of academic in the field of insolvency to serve as a credible resource for research initiatives along with mentoring young researchers.<\/p>\n

ILA has been instrumental in publishing numerous research papers, articles, reports and actively engages in developing best practices and standards for the insolvency profession. It aims to provide actionable insights and recommendations which contribute to the body of knowledge in Insolvency law and practice.<\/p>\n
