Radhamani Textiles Private Limited | Investment by A91 Emerging Fund II LLP<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

Khaitan & Co advised Radhamani Textiles Private Limited and its founders, the Poddar family, in relation to investment by A91 Emerging Fund II LLP, as a lead investor along with Nikhil Kamath (M\/s NKSquared and Gruhas Proptech LLP) and family office of Mr Ravi Modi Family (founder of Vedant Fashion \/ Manyavar). The investment will be made in two tranches through a combination of secondary acquisition from existing shareholders and subscription to shares.<\/p>\n

The core team consisted of Purti Minawala (Partner), Aman Anand (Principal Associate), Shruti Kunisetty (Associate) and Shravan Subramanian (Associate) with assistance from the following:<\/p>\n

Employment and Labour laws: Deepak Kumar (Partner) and Archika Dudhwewala (Senior Associate).<\/p>\n
