Assembling after a hiatus of 2 months, as the Supreme Court was on summer vacation, the Collegium comprising of Dr Justice DY Chandrachud, the Chief Justice of India, Justice Sanjiv Khanna and Justice BR Gavai on 09-07-2024 passed resolutions to recommend appointment of Permanent Judges for Bombay High Court and Delhi High Court. The Collegium also passed resolution vis-a-vis extension of term for 2 Additional Judges of Bombay High Court.<\/p>\n
