In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 223<\/a> of the Constitution<\/a> the President of India appointed Justice Sanjeev Sachdeva, Judge of the Madhya Pradesh High Court, to perform the duties of the office of the Chief Justice of that High Court consequent upon appointment of Justice Sheel Nagu, as the 66th<\/span> Chief Justice of the Punjab and Haryana High Court.<\/p>\n

The appointment was notified by the Ministry of Law and Justice on 04-07-2024.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
