On 03-07-2024, the Ministry of Law and Justice notified the appointment of Justice Muhamed Mustaque Ayumantakath, senior most Judge of Kerala High Court, as its Acting Chief Justice. The appointment was made by the President of India in exercise of the powers conferred by Art. 223<\/a> of the Constitution<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Justice Ayumantakath will perform the duties of office of the Chief Justice of Kerala High Court with effect from 05-07-2024, consequent upon the retirement of Justice Ashish Jitendra Desai<\/a>, Chief Justice of Kerala High Court who retires on 04-07-2024.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
