Khaitan & Co, a leading full-service law firm has announced boosting its employment practice with the addition of two key Partners. Avik Biswas will join the firm as a Partner in the Bengaluru office whereas Vaibhav Bhardwaj will join the firm as a Partner in the Delhi office.<\/p>\n

He is known for his collaboration with the legal, compliance, finance, and HR functions of multinational corporations. Currently, he serves as the Regional Representative (Asia) of the Anti-Corruption Committee of the International Bar Association (IBA).<\/p>\n

Vaibhav brings over 15 years of experience in employment law, ethics, and investigations.
