He is dual-qualified in India and England &amp; Wales, with a practice that covers disputes relating to construction and infrastructure projects, joint ventures, shareholder agreements, media rights contracts, franchise agreements, sports and corporate governance.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Mr. Cyril Shroff<\/span>, Managing Partner, Cyril Amarchand
