Capital 2B Fund 1 | Investment in Botsync Technologies Private Limited<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

Khaitan & Co advised the lead investor Capital 2B Fund I in relation to its investment in Botsync Technologies Private Limited, an autonomous robotics startup. Botsync has raised USD 5.2 million in a Series A round of financing led by Capital 2B and Betatron Venture Group. Other participating investors include IvyCap Ventures Advisors Private Limited, AppWorks, Iterative, Wong Fong, ZB Capital, Nalin Advani, and Ascend Angels.<\/p>\n

The core team consisted of Sanchit Agarwal (Partner), Pulkit Chaturvedi (Principal Associate), Prerna Kapur (Senior Associate) and Sakshi Duggal (Associate) with assistance from the following:<\/p>\n
