Join us on your journey towards legal excellence.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\">About The Competition<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The Oral Rounds of the LexPacto&#8217;s 1<span style=\"vertical-align: super;\">st<\/span> National Moot Court Competition will be held from the 9<span style=\"vertical-align: super;\">th<\/span> to the 11<span style=\"vertical-align: super;\">th<\/span> of August, 2024 via Virtual Mode. The main aim of the competition is to promote commitment towards experimental learning and to facilitate students in cumulating immense knowledge. The Moot Court Competition develops coherent legal insight among students and is essential to develop practical skills.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The Competition shall consist of Preliminary Rounds, Quarter Finals Rounds, Semi-Finals Rounds, and Final Rounds.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Important Dates<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 18pt;\">Registrations Open: May 25, 2024<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 18pt;\">Moot Problem Release: May 25, 2024<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 18pt;\">Registrations Close: June 30, 2024<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 18pt;\">Allotment of Team Code: July 15, 2024<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 18pt;\">Written Memorial Deadline: July 28, 2024<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 18pt;\">Research Test: August 9, 2024.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 18pt; margin-bottom: 3%;\">Oral Rounds: August 10 &amp; 11, 2024.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Eligibility<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Students duly enrolled and pursuing full time 5 years or 3 years undergraduate law courses may apply to participate in the given competition. Students enrolled in post-graduation diploma or short term certification courses are not eligible to apply.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Team Composition<\/p>\n<p style=\"\">The team composition of the given competition shall comprise of the following:<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 18pt;\">2 speakers OR<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 18pt; margin-bottom: 3%;\">2 speakers and 1 Researcher<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Registration Process<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>\n<p>The last date of registration is 30<span style=\"vertical-align: super;\">th<\/span> June, 2024 by 11:59:59 PM. The teams must register online by 30<span style=\"vertical-align: super;\">th<\/span> June 2024.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>The Registration fees is &#8216;Rupees 4500\/- Per Team&#8217; only.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>The registration shall be done by filling up the registration form: <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">FORM<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>The registration shall be considered complete only when the Registration Fee has been paid successfully and google form is filed.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>The participants will receive an official approval mail from the organising committee within 48 hours of their registration.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>The organising committee shall communicate the Team Point of Contact (POC) for all the necessary communication.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Registration fee once paid is non-refundable.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Prizes and Rewards<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Winner:<\/span> Trophy +Rs 20,000\/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) + Books + One LexPacto&#8217;s Certificate Course + Internship Opportunity + Certificate of Award.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Runner Up:<\/span> Trophy +Rs 10,000\/- (Thirteen Thousand Only) + + Books + One
