{"id":324119,"date":"2024-06-11T16:45:13","date_gmt":"2024-06-11T11:15:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.scconline.com\/blog\/?p=324119"},"modified":"2024-06-11T16:42:59","modified_gmt":"2024-06-11T11:12:59","slug":"supreme-court-modifies-circular-on-aor-exam-cancellation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.scconline.com\/blog\/post\/2024\/06\/11\/supreme-court-modifies-circular-on-aor-exam-cancellation\/","title":{"rendered":"Supreme Court modifies circular on AOR Exam Cancellation"},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;\">\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The Supreme Court has modified its earlier <a href=\"https:\/\/cdnbbsr.s3waas.gov.in\/s3ec0490f1f4972d133619a60c30f3559e\/uploads\/2024\/06\/2024061022.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">notice dated 10-06-2024.<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The notice clarified that the Candidates who appeared through the pen and paper mode for Paper-I (Practice and Procedure of the Supreme Court) of the Advocates-on- Record Examination held on 10 &#8212;06-2024 shall be assessed based on the answer sheets submitted by them.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Further, it was mentioned that a fresh examination for Paper-I will be held after the reopening of the Court after the summer recess for candidates who had submitted their options for the Computer Based Test (CBT). The date of the examination shall be notified in due course.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The notice further stated that the candidates who desire to appear for the fresh examination in Paper-I will have to submit an option to appear again for Paper-I.
