The provisions came into force on 4-6-2024.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Key Points:<\/p>\n<ol style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\">\n<li>\n<p>Appointments at all levels or grades will be made by the Central Government on the recommendations of the Selection Committee.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Any employee appointed on deputation to an <span style=\"font-style: italic;\">ex- cadre<\/span> post can elect to either the pay in scale of pay of <span style=\"font-style: italic;\">ex- cadre<\/span> or his pay in the parent in the parent cadre with deputation allowance.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>For any <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">official visit abroad<\/span>, prior approval of the Chief Commissioner or Commissioner of the Central Authority will be necessary.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The employee will have to follow the instructions issued by the Ministry of External Affairs and Ministry of Finance if travelling for
