The Indian Journal of Law & Technology (IJLT)<\/a> is now accepting submissions on a rolling basis for its 20th<\/span> Volume and the IJLT Blog.<\/p>\n

About IJLT<\/p>\n

IJLT is a student-run, peer-reviewed law journal published annually by the National Law School of India University, Bangalore<\/a>. IJLT is widely read and is available internationally on databases such as Westlaw, HeinOnline, UGC CARE, Legal Information Institute of India, SCC Online, and Manupatra. IJLT is also the first and pioneering law journal in India devoted exclusively to the interface of law and technology.<\/p>\n

Previous issues have featured articles by distinguished authors such as Jonathan Zittrain<\/a> (Harvard Law School), Yochai Benkler<\/a> (Author of “The Wealth of Networks”), Justice Michael Kirby<\/a> (High Court of Australia), Justice Pratibha Singh<\/a> (Judge, Delhi High Court), Justice (Retd.) About IJLT Blog<\/p>\n

A companion to the print journal, the IJLT Blog seeks to encourage discourse on technology law by publishing scholarly yet concise articles, with a focus on contemporary issues. The mandate of the IJLT Blog, much like the Journal, is to provide current, incisive, and accessible legal scholarship on contemporary issues in the law and technology domain.<\/p>\n

IJLT’s Mandate<\/p>\n

IJLT accepts submissions which have a strong nexus with technology and law. The journal carries scholarship in the areas of intellectual property rights, internet governance, information communication technologies, privacy rights, digital freedoms, openness, telecommunications policy, media law, innovation, civil liberties and technology along with focusing on perspectives on contemporary issues involving the intersection of law, technology, industry and policy.<\/p>\n
