Siddaramaiah and Shivakumar had appeared before the Court, however, Gandhi missed the appearance, due to his participation in an INDIA alliance meeting. In the alleged defamatory ads, the Congress party had alleged BJP of charging up to 40% commission as bribes from contractors and others for exciting public works, while the party was in power.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">On 01-06-2024, Siddaramaiah and DK Shivakumar were granted bail subject to furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 5,000\/- each.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:
