Despite fulfilling his contractual obligations, the petitioner claimed that he had only received Rs 8 lakh out of the total Rs 64 lakh owed to him for his services. The petitioner contended that he made representations to the State Law Department, Chief Electoral Officer, and District Election Officer regarding the non-payment, but no action was taken.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The Court issued the notices to ensure that the concerned authorities respond to the allegations of non-payment and explain their actions or inactions regarding the representations made by the petitioner.
