The Equity Shares commenced trading on BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited (&#8220;<span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">NSE<\/span>&#8221; and together with BSE Limited, the &#8220;<span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Stock Exchanges<\/span>&#8221;) on May 15, 2024.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">CAM&#8217;s role encompassed advising the Company on regulatory compliance involving the IPO, preparing necessary documentation, and ensuring the smooth execution of the IPO process.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">The Capital Markets team of<\/span> Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised on t<span style=\"color: #0d0d0d;\">he matter.
