Delhi High Court:<\/span> In a plea filed for seeking disqualification of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s candidature from contesting the 2024 Lok Sabha elections while alleging that PM Modi submitted a false oath before the returning officer and along with his accomplices PM Modi attempted to destabilize the national security, Sachin Datta, J.<\/span>, held that the petition was filed with mala fide and ulterior motive and hence, rejected the plea.<\/p>\n

The petitioner, a pilot, had alleged that PM Modi and his accomplices were accused of screening the criminal conspiracy where they attempted to destabilize national security by planning a fatal crash of Fight AI 459 on 08-07-2018 that he was in command of.<\/p>\n

As per the plea, PM Narendra Modi had allegedly, along with his accomplice, attempted to destabilize national security by planning a fatal crash of an Air India flight in
