College of Law was established in the year 1963 by Sri. B.S. Narayan, Donor Trustee, BMSET, under the aegis of B.M. Sreenivasaiah Educational Trust. The Trust is named after Dharmaprakasha Rajakaryaprasaktha Sri. B.M. Sreenivasaiah, whose vision laid the foundation for the first private Engineering College in the State of Karnataka. The institution is affiliated with Karnataka State Law University, Hubballi and is approved by the Bar Council of India, New Delhi. The college offers B.A.LL.B., B.Com. LL.B., B.B.A.LL.B (5-Year Degree) and L.L.B., (3-Year Degree) Courses. The Institution is accredited with B++ Ranking by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC).<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">With an aim of imparting quality legal education, B.M.S. College of Law has a strong foundation and infrastructure with a highly qualified and dedicated team of faculty committed to providing a world-class learning experience. Sreenivasaiah Memorial 9th National Moot Court Competition<\/span> scheduled from 12 to 14 July 2024 at B.M.S. College of Law, Bengaluru. This year&#8217;s competition promises to attract an ambitious and highly talented pool of law students and other members of the Legal Fraternity.\u00a0 The Moot proposition tackles the nuanced area of Overseas Citizenship of India and related implications.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">B.M. The participants of the event will have the opportunity to interact and network with legal luminaries across the Country and in turn, contribute to the reputation and excellence of your institution. The Runner-up of the <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">B.M.
