Digantara is engaged in the business research and technology development in the space sector, focusing on development of technologies for enabling solutions for space situational awareness and space navigation, including relevant aerospace technology products, for the purposes of advancing safe and sustainable space operations<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The core team consisted of Sanchit Agarwal (Partner), Pulkit Chaturvedi (Principal Associate) and Jubin Jay (Senior Associate).<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The scope of work included reviewing the legal due diligence, negotiation and finalisation of share subscription agreement, a shareholders&#8217;
