Supreme Court:<\/span> In a special leave petition filed against the impugned judgment and order passed by the Allahabad High Court, the division bench of J.K. Maheshwari and Sanjay Karol, JJ.<\/p>\n

The Court noted that the Advocate-On-Record (‘AOR’) was not present, and the proxy counsel appeared without brief and prayed for short adjournment.<\/p>\n

The Court observed that when arguing counsel is not present, at least the AOR who has filed the case, should be present in the Court with brief of case filed by him.<\/p>\n

The Court issued notice to the respondents, returnable in six weeks.<\/p>\n
