The event was graced by all the Judges of the High Court.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Other dignitaries who attended the programme were, the Advocate General, Jharkhand, Additional Advocate Generals, Additional Solicitor General, Deputy Solicitor Generals, Chairman of the Jharkhand State Bar Council, Senior Advocate and other members of the Bar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Mr. Justice Shree Chandrashekhar, Acting Chief Justice of the High Court<\/span> stated that &#8220;technology has transformed Court proceedings, streamlined processes and enhanced accessibility and efficiency. However, with these advancements come challenges, such as, addressing the Digital divide to ensure equitable access to technology for all participants in the legal process.&#8221; He also highlighted that in the 70 working days, 24769 cases have been disposed between 01-01-2024 to 30-04-2024. He said that the Android Mobile App and the QR directory would bring convenience to the lawyers as well as other stakeholders of the justice dispensation system specially the litigants.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Mr. Justice Ananda Sen, Judge and Chairperson, Computer and Digitization Committee, Jharkhand High Court<\/span> in his address said that the mobile-app has been developed in house by the technical team and will provide ease to the stakeholders of Justice dispensation system to avail services like case status, cause list, orders and judgements, display board, e-filing, certified copies and other services. The app provides direct access to e-HCR where more than 3,51,622 final orders and judgements are available. He highlighted that the QR directory would assist the litigants to directly access the individual e-services by scanning the QR code. The directory is bilingual, in Hindi as well as in English language. This step would help the stakeholders who are from the Districts and remote places. The QR directory will be available in each District Court and public places for easy access to the e-services.
