MNLU Mumbai’s Centre for Research in Criminal Justice (CRCJ) is excited to invite legal professionals, academicians, and students to an enlightening session titled “The Journey of a Criminal Trial” under the new Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023<\/a>. It will be held online on Saturday, 11th<\/span> May 2024, from 11 AM to 12 PM IST.<\/p>\n

This expert talk will be given by Adv. Rebecca Mammen John, a distinguished Senior Advocate at the Supreme Court of India, who is the guest speaker. The event promises to delve deep into the procedural intricacies and practical challenges of criminal trials under the newly enacted Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023<\/a>.
