As per the policy, the beneficiary will be able to avail 1 menstrual leave per month, which is at par with Medical Leave and shall not require any Medical Certificate, subject to fulfillment of minimum attendance criteria of 67% as prescribed by the regulation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The Beneficiary can avail the benefit of Menstrual Leave by filling up the Menstrual Leave Application prescribed under the said policy.
