It comprises a think tank, research centre, school, and platforms, aiming to elevate India&#8217;s global economic standing.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.uwe.ac.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The University of the West of England (UWE Bristol)<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The University of the West of England (also known as UWE Bristol) is a public research university, located in and around Bristol, England, UK. With more than 36,000 students and 4,200 staff, it is the largest provider of higher education in the South West of England. The University is ranked<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Gold for outstanding student experience in the 2023 Teaching Excellence Framework (TEF). UWE is ranked 4th in the South West in the Guardian League Table 2024.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline;\">About the Conference and Submissions as Invitees.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The primary theme of the conference revolves around &#8220;Insolvency Ecosystems In Emerging Markets.&#8221; Full-time academics, part-time researchers, practitioners, regulators, judges, and policymakers are invited to contribute their submissions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The organizers encourage submissions that take a comparative approach or present outcomes of interdisciplinary studies on insolvency and restructuring, drawing insights from various disciplines such as law, economics, finance, psychology, management, and social sciences.<\/p>\n<p>The conference is particularly interested in papers addressing topics such as:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<p>Insolvency Law in emerging economies<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Distressed mergers &amp; acquisition<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Alternative Dispute Resolution and Insolvency<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Harmonization of Insolvency Law<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Corporate Groups and Insolvency<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">ESG and Insolvency<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The deadline for submission of the abstract is <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">30th April 2024<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">The suggested word limit for the extract is 800 words.<\/span> Final paper submissions are due by <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">July 30, 2024<\/span>.
