On 20-03-2024, the Delhi High Court sought response from the ED on maintainability of the plea filed by Kejriwal challenging the summons issued to him by the ED. Two weeks&#8217; time was granted to the ED for submitting the reply and the matter was listed for 22-04-2024. Earlier, the Rouse Avenue Court granted bail to Kejriwal subject to furnishing bail bond of Rs 15,000 and a surety of Rs 1 lakh.\u00a0<\/span><span
