\"\"NALSAR University of Law is all set to bring the 3rd NALSAR-CCI Antitrust Moot, 2024 presented by Trilegal from March 22nd \u2014 24th, 2024.<\/p>\n

This Moot Court Competition aims to stir up research and thinking on emerging issues in competition law. The holistic practice of competition law in India is just about a decade old, and there is extensive jurisprudence around the subject that is being constantly shaped and reshaped by the CCI and other appellate courts and tribunals.\u00a0Furthermore,\u00a0the CCI\u2019s advocacy initiatives under the Competition Act 2002 perfectly complement the MCC\u2019s desire to introduce a critical debate around competition law in India. The direct involvement of the CCI has added credibility and prestige to the Competition.<\/p>\n

This year\u2019s edition is being organised in collaboration with two Title Sponsors: Trilegal, one of India\u2019s leading law firms, and the Competition Commission of India, the premier institution shaping Indian competition law. EBC-SCC, two of India\u2019s largest legal research database providers, are the Knowledge Partners and have agreed to provide access to their online research database to all the participants, ensuring parity in the availability of resources to the teams!<\/p>\n

DAY 1: 22\/03\/2024<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Inaugural Ceremony of the 3rd NALSAR-CCI Antitrust Moot Court Competition in association with Trilegal commenced with the presence of Mr. Augustine Peter, former member of CCI, gracing the occasion.<\/p>\n

DAY 2: 23\/03\/2024<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

10.00 a.m. :\u00a0<\/strong>Commencement of Preliminary Rounds<\/p>\n

Preliminary Rounds of Slot 1 have started with immense enthusiasm in the courtrooms. Teams are all set to present their carefully deliberated arguments.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

11.30 a.m. :<\/strong> Preliminary Rounds Slot 2 started.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

1.00 p.m. :\u00a0<\/strong>Teams break for lunch with the delectable options provided by the food trucks available.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

2.30 p.m. :\u00a0<\/strong>After the much needed lunch break, Preliminary Rounds 2, slot 1 begin.<\/p>\n

4.15 p.m.<\/strong>\u00a0:\u00a0<\/strong>The final rounds before the quarters, Preliminary Rounds 2, slot 2 commence with utmost enthusiasm from the remaining teams.<\/p>\n

5.45 p.m. :\u00a0<\/strong>The Breaks for Quarters have been released! Teams making it to the quart finals are TC 24, TC 25, TC 26, TC 33, TC 83, TC 93, TC 96, and TC 113.<\/p>\n

6.45 p.m. : <\/strong>Quarter-finals of the 3rd NALSAR-CCI Antitrust Moot in association with Trilegal 2024 have started.<\/p>\n

9.30 p.m.<\/strong> : <\/strong>After a thrilling quarter-finals, the semi-finalists have been released! TC 25, TC 96, TC 113 and TC 26 move to semi-finals which will be held tomorrow.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

DAY 3: 24\/03\/2024<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

9.00 a.m. :<\/strong> Semifinalists and other teams reach campus, ready and prepared for the day.<\/p>\n

9.30 a.m. :\u00a0<\/strong>The penultimate round of the tournament begin, with teams making compelling arguments, fighting for a spot at the finals.<\/p>\n

11.30 a.m. :\u00a0<\/strong>The results from the semifinals are out! The finalists for the 3rd NALSAR-CCI Antitrust Moot in association with Trilegal 2024 are the teams representing Jamia Milia Islamia\u00a0<\/em>and\u00a0National Law University, Jodhpur<\/em>.<\/p>\n

12.00 p.m. : <\/strong>The final rounds of the competition begin! With their spirits high, both teams are prepared to give their best at this last stage.<\/p>\n
