Viswanathan, JJ. has stayed the impugned judgment, subject to the condition that the Mohammed Moquim will not be entitled to cast vote in the assembly proceedings.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">However, the Court permitted him to participate in the assembly proceedings and entitled him to all the perks and facilities, to which he is entitled as an MLA.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:
