(the &#8220;<span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Transaction<\/span>&#8221;) The issue opened on March 7, 2024 and closed on March 13, 2024. The Equity Shares of the Company issued under the QIP are listed on BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">DSK Legal assisted the Company in (i) conducting diligence and drafting of the Offer Documents; (ii) drafting of all board resolutions, shareholder resolutions, publicity guidelines and intimations to the stock exchanges required in relation to the Transaction; (iii) Reviewing and commenting on the monitoring agency agreement, escrow agreement and placement agreement; and (iv) Reviewing and commenting on the standard certificates, auditor certificates, application forms, confirmation of allocation note and publicity materials.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The Lead Managers for the Transaction were <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">DAM Capital Advisors Limited, JM Financial Limited and PL Capital Markets Private Limited.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India acted as the Legal Counsel to the Lead Managers.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\">The deal team consisted of the following:<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Avinash Poojari (Associate Partner), Akanksha Dubey (Principal Associate) and Kirti Gohil (Associate)<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 2%;\">The due diligence was conducted by <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Avinash Poojari (Associate Partner), Akanksha Dubey (Principal Associate), Riddhi Thakker (Senior Associate), Kirti Gohil (Associate), Manav Asrani (Associate) and Astha Ojha (Associate).<\/span><\/p>\n<p
