These six MLAs moved before the Supreme Court challenging their disqualification and sought stay on the same.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Regarding the question that whether the fresh by-polls should be suspended, the Court agreed to examine the question and issued notice on the same.The matter was further listed for hearing on 06-05-2024.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">[<span style=\"font-weight: bold; color: #632423;\">Chaitanya Sharma v.
