On 10-03-2024, the Ministry of Law and Justice notified the appointment of 13 Permanent Judges for the High Courts of Andhra Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh and Punjab and Haryana by the President of India under Article 217(1)<\/a> of the Constitution<\/a>.<\/p>\n

All the below-mentioned names were recommended<\/a> by the Supreme Court Collegium on 13-02-2024 and the same have been approved by the Law Ministry.<\/p>\n

Andhra Pradesh High Court<\/p>\n

    Justice Boppana Varaha Lakshmi Narasimha Chakravarthi<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  2. \n

    Justice Tallapragada Mallikarjuna Rao<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Madhya Pradesh High Court<\/p>\n

    Justice Duppala Venkata Ramana was appointed as a Judge of the Madhya Pradesh High Court, against a vacancy of a Permanent Judge in the Andhra Pradesh High Court, with effect from the date he assumes the charge of his office.<\/p>\n

    Punjab and Haryana High Court<\/p>\n

    Among 10 Permanent Judges appointed in Punjab and Haryana High Court, 5 are Women Judges.<\/p>\n
