ABOUT DME<\/p>\n

Delhi Metropolitan Education, Noida is a premier Educational Institute affiliated to the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, New Delhi<\/span>. The college offers B.A. LLB (H), B.BA<\/a>. LLB (H), B.A.(JMC)<\/span> and BBA<\/span> courses. Our vision at DME is “to create an inspirational setting where global standards of learning, ethical professional practices and academic and scholarly deliberations are practiced towards attaining individual growth<\/span>.” Since its inception, the college has attained numerous laurels to its credit and has successfully attained a distinguished stature. For two consecutive years it has bagged ‘A – Grade’ Certificate from the G.G.S.I.P.U.<\/p>\n

DME Moot Court Society, under the aegis of Faculty, Student Conveners and the Executive Board has organized a number of prestigious moots, including the DME National Moot Court Competitions (DMENMCC) in the years 2017 to 2023 all of these moots were one of their kind as the problem for the moot and the rules for the competition were drafted in a way which allowed the participants to use an innovative approach while mooting.<\/p>\n

ABOUT THE EVENT<\/p>\n

DME National Moot Court Competition, 2024<\/span> is aimed towards ensuring that the students are made aware of the importance of Arbitration Laws. Keeping the above in mind, the Moot Proposition has been made with a problem based upon international arbitration, since it is an important field and needs to be explored more by the members of the legal fraternity, especially the law students at the primary stage.<\/p>\n
