EBC Author and Partner at Fox Mandal & Associates, Saurabh Bindal has been appointed as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Manipal University, Jaipur. He was handed over his appointment letter by Professor Dr. Jayaram Raghunath, Dean of Law at Manipal University.<\/p>\n

An engineer turned lawyer, Saurabh graduated from IIT Kharagpur and has extensive experience in ADR and Litigation. He specializes in rendering render dispute resolution support to clients on issues relating to Arbitration law, Intellectual Property law, Privacy law, Information Technology law, Constitution, Company Law, Contract Law, Employment Law, Electricity Law, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code.<\/p>\n

Saurabh is a multi-talented professional with an academic mindset. As a prolific writer, he has authored almost eight books in the areas of IPR, Arbitration, and Privacy Law. His recent book titled ‘Obscenity: Prevention, Law & Practice’ is an authoritative and illuminating guide to the obscenity law of the nation.<\/p>\n

Saurabh’s efforts have been consistently recognized by various leading organisations including his alma mater, IIT Kharagpur as a Young Alumni Achiever Awardee, 2023.<\/p>\n
