Oka and Ujjal Bhuyan, JJ. <span class=\"TextRun SCXW69343288 BCX0\" lang=\"EN-US\" xml:lang=\"EN-US\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW69343288 BCX0\">granted bail to Sadanand Kadam.<\/span><\/span><span class=\"EOP SCXW69343288 BCX0\" data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The Court noted that Sadanand Kadam was arrested on 10-03-2023 in connection with the offence punishable under Section <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scconline.com\/DocumentLink.aspx?q=JTXT-0001534450\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">3<\/a> of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scconline.com\/DocumentLink.aspx?q=JTXT-0002801311\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Prevention of Money-laundering Act, 2002<\/a> (\u201cPMLA\u201d).<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The Court said that Sadanand Kadam is entitled to be enlarged on bail in accordance with Section <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scconline.com\/DocumentLink.aspx?q=JTXT-0001534467\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">45(1)(ii)<\/a> of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scconline.com\/DocumentLink.aspx?q=JTXT-0002801311\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">PMLA<\/a> on appropriate terms and conditions, till the disposal of the complaint case filed by the Directorate of Enforcement under the PMLA.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The Court directed that Sadanand Kadam to be produced before the Special Court within one week from the date of this order.
