This event is hosted by Tamil Nadu National Law University (TNNLU), located in Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu, in collaboration with the Competition Commission of India (CCI).<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">TNNLU and CCI have collaborated for the 6th edition of this moot court competition, providing a platform for law students to engage in competition law, enhancing their advocacy skills and tackling a courtroom. It&#8217;s a great opportunity for participants to learn, receive feedback from judges, and network with peers and professionals.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">We invite law schools and students nationwide to join us for this educational and competitive event.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Eligibility<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Law students duly enrolled in the 3-year LL.B. courses or 5-year integrated LL.B. courses undergraduate programmes may apply to participate in the Competition. One only team per Institution\/University can participate in the Competition.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Team Composition<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">3 Members (2 Speakers and 1 Researcher) (or) 2 Members (2 Speakers)<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Registration Procedure<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Provisional Registration will be open on January 22, 2024 along with the release of the Moot Problem and Moot Rules. The provisional registration closes on February 18, 2024.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">In this edition of the competition, the registration will be restricted to only 24 Teams of which 8 teams will qualify for the Advanced round. All the Teams desirous of participating in the Competition should provisionally register themselves by sending an email to nmcc@tnnlu.ac.in through the Moot Court Committee of their Institution\/College\/University or the Faculty Coordinator of the Moot Court Committee.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Final registration formalities should be completed by the Team only after receiving an affirmative reply from the OC to the provisional registration email.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Venue<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Tamil Nadu National Law University,
