Acted as domestic legal counsel to DCX Systems Limited in relation to its qualified institutions placement. DCX Systems is among the leading Indian manufacturing players for manufacture of electronic sub-systems and cable harness in terms of manufacturing capability and revenue in Fiscal 2023. It is primarily engaged in system integration and manufacturing of comprehensive array of cables and wire harness assemblies. It is also one of the largest Indian Offset Partner (“IOP<\/span>”) for ELTA Systems Limited and Israel Aerospace Industries Limited, System Missiles and Space Division (together, the “IAI Group<\/span>”), Israel, for the Indian defence market for manufacture of electronic sub-systems and cable and wire harness assemblies.<\/p>\n
