About Faculty of Law at Vivekananda Global University, Jaipur<\/p>\n

At Faculty of Law, Vivekananda Global University, our focus is to develop and advance interdisciplinary legal education and scholarship. About The Ranka Public Charitable Trust<\/p>\n

The Trust was set up by Late Dr N.M. Ranka, Senior Advocate in the year 1980. The Trust has pioneered the concept of Moot Court Competitions in the State of Rajasthan and we take immense pleasure in announcing the 3rd<\/span> VGU Ranka National Moot Court Competition, 2024.<\/p>\n

Structure of the Competition<\/p>\n

The competition will be held only in offline mode on the VGU campus. The structure of the competition is as follows: There will be two preliminary rounds. Top 8 qualifying teams will proceed to the quarter finals and then top 4 teams will proceed to the semi-finals, both the quarter finals and semi-finals will be knock-out rounds. The final round will take place between the winners of the semi-final rounds.<\/p>\n

Team Composition<\/p>\n

Each team shall comprise of three (3) members, i.e. two (2) speakers and one (1) researcher.<\/p>\n

Eligible Students<\/p>\n

All students who are enrolled in a full-time law degree (undergraduate or post-graduate) as on 1st<\/span> February 2024 will be eligible to participate. Also, there is currently no capping on the number of teams that a particular institution can send in our competition.<\/p>\n
