We abide by our publication policies by avoiding usage of paper as much as possible. We have also made the Journal accessible to everyone from all over the world by simply visiting the official website of the e-journal i.e. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.indraprasthalawreview.in\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">www.indraprasthalawreview.in<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">ILR aims to promote legal research in various developing dimensions and discourse on the same. It is double-blind peer reviewed with the fundamental premise being to promote interdisciplinary research, entailing a detailed study of law and legal studies and its discourse with other disciplines. The biannual journal is being published with the objectives to provide a space to researchers, jurists, academicians and legal practitioners to express their views on topics of contemporary significance in law. The Journal is guided by an editorial committee comprising of experts from the legal field and an advisory board, consisting of legal scholars from around the world.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\">About the Call for Papers<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Indraprastha Law Review (ILR) is inviting submissions for Volume IV, Issue I &amp; II. Contributions to the Journal are welcome from all academicians, practitioners, and law students.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">ILR accepts submissions on a rolling basis, subject to the preference for publication in the upcoming issue granted for those submissions made before the prescribed date, i.e. <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">March 15th, 2024<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">We solicit contributions for the <span style=\"font-style: italic; font-weight: bold;\">Summer and Winter 2023: Vol. IV Issue I &amp; II<\/span> in the form of article, legislative comment, book review and case comment.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Theme for Volume IV:<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The potential theme that can be addressed is &#8220;<span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Addressing Emerging Dynamics of Corporate &amp; Commercial Laws<\/span>&#8221;. The authors can choose to submit manuscripts on any sub-themes relevant to the above theme.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Submission Guidelines:<\/p>\n<ol style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\">\n<li>\n<p>All submissions are required to be addressed to the Editor-in-Chief, Indraprastha Law Review, University School of Law and Legal Studies, GGS IP University, Delhi &#8211; India.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>All entries by interested parties must be mailed to <a href=\"mailto:usllsiplr@ipu.ac.in\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">usllsiplr@ipu.ac.in<\/a> by <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">11:59 PM, March 15th, 2024<\/span>, with the subject: <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">ILR (Summer And Winter 2023: Vol. IV Issue I &amp; II)<\/span> with specifying the classification of manuscript i.e. <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Article, Legislative Comment, Book Review, Case Comment.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Contribution sent after the last date may be considered for <span style=\"font-weight: bold; font-style: italic;\">Summer 2024: Vol. V Issue I<\/span> subject to the quality of article and plagiarism clearance as per the UGC guidelines.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>The copyright of the entry to the e-Journal will rest with the Editorial Board once the entry has been selected and the Author(s) of the same have been notified.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>The name of the Author(s) or any mode of identification should not be included in the manuscript. The cover letter should have the requisite contact details of the Author(s) along with an undertaking of originality and Copyright Form available on <a href=\"http:\/\/www.indraprasthalawreview.in\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">www.indraprasthalawreview.in<\/a><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>The Citation pattern to be uniformly followed is Journal of the Indian Law Institute <a href=\"https:\/\/i1i.ac.in\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/i1i.ac.in<\/a> The body of the manuscript shall be in Times New Roman, size 12, 1.5 line spacing. Citations shall be in Times New Roman, size 10, single line spacing. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.i1i.ac.in\/csty1e.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.i1i.ac.in\/csty1e.pdf<\/a><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Speaking footnotes are discouraged.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>The entries shall be accepted only in MS Word (.doc, .docx)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Co-Authorship of one person other than the author is allowed.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>The entries submitted shall be original and the plagiarism norms of the UGC shall be applicable to the submissions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">There is no publication fee.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline;\">Note:<\/span> All the submissions shall be put to double stage blind peer review and only on the recommendations of the reviewers, the papers submitted shall be considered for publication on Indraprastha Law Review website. Only shortlisted manuscripts will be contacted via email. <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">If you do not hear from us within two weeks of the deadline, please assume that your manuscript has not succeeded.<\/span> Unfortunately, we will not be able to reply to individual queries about the status of their manuscript.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Submissions can be made of the following nature:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>\n<p>Book Reviews: 1000 &#8211; 2000 words.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Case Commentaries: 1500 &#8211; 2500 words.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Legislative Comments: 1500 &#8211; 2500 words.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Articles: 5000 &#8211; 8000 words (including footnotes)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Text Format:<\/span> The length of the manuscript should not exceed 8000 words.
