ABOUT THE COMPETITION<\/p>\n

With immense pleasure, we are glad to announce that IMS Unison University (School of Law), Dehradun<\/span> is organizing its inaugural National Trial Advocacy Competition (9th<\/span> – 10th<\/span> February 2024). A Trial Advocacy Competition is a method of clinical education with a model court trial offered through simulation. It teaches the law students in practice before the Criminal Court.<\/p>\n

MODE OF THE COMPETITION<\/p>\n

The competition will be held in Offline<\/span> mode at the university campus.<\/p>\n

ELIGIBILITY<\/p>\n

Students pursuing a 3-year or 5-year course of LLB degree or LLM degree from any recognized law school\/colleges\/university in India are eligible to participate.<\/p>\n

Participants shall carry their college identity card for the purpose of identification during the said competition.<\/p>\n

TEAM COMPOSITION<\/p>\n

Each team shall consist of 3 members, and this number shall not be subject to change under any circumstances. There can be two speakers and one researcher designated for each team.<\/p>\n

REGISTRATION<\/p>\n

Each team is required to fill the details in the Google Form for the purpose of registration.<\/p>\n
