The XIII Edition of ILNU Anti-Trust Moot & Conference, 2024 will be hosted and organised by ILNU, in collaboration with AZB & Partners<\/span>, Competition Commission of India<\/span> as the Title Sponsor<\/span>, CUTS Institute of Regulation & Competition (CIRC)<\/span> as the Think Tank Partner<\/span>, Competition Policy International<\/span> as the International Media Partner<\/span>, Eastern Book Company (EBC)<\/span> and SCC Online<\/span> as the Media Partners<\/span> for the flagship event.<\/p>\n

About ILNU<\/p>\n

ILNU is a globally recognised institute of academic excellence and has been ranked among the top law schools in India. Further, ILNU was graded A+ by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). About IAMC, 2024<\/p>\n

The ILNU Antitrust Moot is one of such flagship mooting events in the nation, which demands students to showcase their excellence on various parameters. It centres itself around the interactions of economic and legal nuances of competition law, the importance of which can be hardly overemphasized. With the exuberant experience and excellence of the past 12 years at hand, we are pleased to announce this competition in association with the Competition Commission of India, AZB & Partners, CUTS Institute of Regulation & Competition (CIRC), Competition Policy International, Eastern Book Company (EBC) and SCC Online. The XIII ILNU Antitrust Moot, 2024 will be held from February 23-25, 2024, on campus. The committee is also planning to host a Pre-Moot Conference on the contemporary nuances of antitrust laws. The ILNU Antitrust Conference will be conducted on 23rd February 2024 in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The purpose of the ILNU Antitrust Conference is to organize a discourse on peculiar and niche aspects of Competition Law.<\/p>\n

Eligibility<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Students enrolled in Bachelor or Master Programs are eligible to participate in the Competition. Additionally, Students being on exchange in another country are eligible to participate under the host university.<\/li>\n
  2. A recognized institution shall be entitled to send only one team to the competition, whether from the Undergraduate Law course.<\/li>\n
  3. \n

    Each team should participate after obtaining the requisite permission of Moot Court Committee\/Head of Institute\/Dean\/Faculty Coordinators.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Registration<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Interested teams are required to register for the Competition by filling the registration form. The link to the form is here.<\/li>\n
    2. While filling the Registration Form, the teams must choose a primary contact person, alternatively called a \u2018Point of Contact’ (\u201cPOC\u201d). All communications concerning the Competition will be sent by an e-mail to the nominated contact person.<\/li>\n
    3. \n

      Prior payment of Registration Fees is required in order to fill the Registration Form. The last date for completion of all the registration formalities is before 20th January 2024 (11:59 P.M. IST).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Registration Fee<\/p>\n

      The Registration Fee for the XIII ILNU Antitrust Moot, 2024 is: Rs. 8000 (Rs. 3000 + Rs. 5000). All the teams must pay Rs. 3000 for the memorial qualification round during the final registration and the teams which qualify beyond memorial qualification rounds have to pay additional Rs. 5000 which shall include the fees of the conference fees for all the team members and accommodation cost for 2 Nights and 3 Days i.e. from 23rd February to 25th February, 2024.<\/p>\n

      No additional payment at any stage shall be reverted to the teams. Further, no refund shall be granted at any cost.<\/p>\n
