Gavai, Justice Surya Kant and Justice Aniruddha Bose on 29-12-2023 recommended the transfer of Justice Shree Chandrashekhar from Jharkhand High Court to Rajasthan High Court.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">By a communication dated 29-12-2023, Justice Chandrashekhar, who is the senior-most Judge and currently the Acting Chief Justice of Jharkhand High Court, had requested for his transfer.
