The Centre boasts of state-of-art infrastructure, cutting-edge technology and a highly eminent Board of Trustees, comprising of senior Judges and the Law Minister of Telangana, which ensures quality dispute resolution services internationally. IAMC is guided by an autonomous Governing Council consisting of legal luminaries, industry veterans and experts in the field of arbitration and mediation from India and abroad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The Tashkent International Arbitration Centre (TIAC) promises efficient dispute resolution in the CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States) comprising of the Russian Federation, Ukraine, Moldova, Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan and Tajikistan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">India and Uzbekistan are strategic partners in vital areas such as defence cooperation, trade, investments, and solar power. This MoU between TIAC, Uzbekistan and IAMC, Hyderabad paves a way for comity and cooperation in the sphere of international alternate dispute resolution between South Asia and Central
