Bhatti, JJ., directed the petitioner to approach the Court concerned in Czech Republic.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The US federal prosecutors announced that they had charged the Indian citizen with &#8216;murder for hire&#8217; and &#8216;conspiracy&#8217;, which eventually failed. It was alleged that he recruited a hitman to assassinate Gurpatwant Singh Pannun, General Counsel for the Sikhs for Justice, a Khalistan advocacy group that is proscribed in India, who is a US citizen and also holds Canadian Nationality.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">He was arrested in Prague on the request of the US Authorities. The Municipal Court in Prague issued an order on admissibility of the extradition order of the US.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The counsel for the petitioner approached the Court with relief for adequate consular assistance to which the Court responded <span style=\"font-style: italic;\">&#8220;This is an extremely sensitive matter for any Ministry to come in.
