{"id":309247,"date":"2023-12-14T13:00:00","date_gmt":"2023-12-14T07:30:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.scconline.com\/blog\/?p=309247"},"modified":"2023-12-15T18:08:56","modified_gmt":"2023-12-15T12:38:56","slug":"the-icfai-law-school-dehradun-is-proud-to-announce-its-5th-national-moot-court-competition-2024","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.scconline.com\/blog\/post\/2023\/12\/14\/the-icfai-law-school-dehradun-is-proud-to-announce-its-5th-national-moot-court-competition-2024\/","title":{"rendered":"ICFAI Law School, Dehradun |  5th National Moot Court Competition,\u00a02024"},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Theme of the Moot Court Competition<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">This year\u2019s moot problem has been drafted to test the knowledge, research aptitude and application of law by the participants around the <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Eligibility<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The competition is open for students who are studying LLB three year or five-year courses during the current academic year.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Team Composition<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The team composition, for the competition, shall comprise of either 2 (two) members (being designated as Speakers) or 3 (three) members (two of them shall be designated as Speakers and one Researcher).<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Registration Process<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Provisional registrations are open from 12<span style=\"vertical-align: super;\">th<\/span> December,2023. The teams must register provisionally in order to reserve a slot for the Final Registration by 11<span style=\"vertical-align: super;\">th<\/span> January,2024. The last date for Final Registration is 31<span style=\"vertical-align: super;\">st<\/span> January 2024<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The teams can register by filling the Google form (Provisional Registration).
