The 14th Edition of National Moot Court Competition, of School of<\/span> Law, CHRIST (Deemed to be University)<\/span>, is being conducted offline this year from 2nd \u2014 4th February, 2024<\/span> in the Bangalore Central Campus<\/span>, following the successful organisation of 13th National Moot Court Competition in offline mode, after COVID-19. The annual flagship mooting event, aims to provide a rigorous and testing ground for developing legal proficiency in practical application, research and oratory skills and widen legal knowledge in the various facets of law, especially the ones contemporary in nature. The event, over the 13 previous Editions, has brought together the brightest of mooting minds, and aims to achieve the same this year. The 14th Edition\u2019s proposition revolves around the areas of health law and Constitutional aspects. The flagship event is being conducted in association with the prestigious law firm, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, <\/span>as the title partner of the 14th NMCC<\/span>, to support the competition\u2019s objective of providing a holistic experience of mooting.<\/p>\n

School of<\/span> Law, CHRIST (Deemed to be University) (SLCU), Bangalore, is a part of CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Bangalore, which was founded and is administered by Carmelites of Mary Immaculate (CMI). CMI, the first indigenous Catholic religious congregation of India with a membership of 2000, renders its service to humanity in educational, social, healthcare and other activities. The parent university, a premier educational institution, is an academic fraternity of individuals dedicated to the motto of excellence and service and already has a proven history of success in the field of education. Though it is a minority institution, CHRIST (Deemed to be University) maintains a secular outlook towards education. Students of all castes, religions, creeds and languages are encouraged to be a part of this temple of learning. CHRIST (Deemed to be University), having celebrated its Golden Jubilee, is a premier education institution with the motto of Excellence and Service. The University has been accredited with Grade \u2018A+\u2019 by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council.<\/p>\n
