(One Year); and Ph.D. programs in law-related subjects.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\">About the Event<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Moot Court Committee, Amity Law School, Amity University Madhya Pradesh is privileged to invite you to advance premier-level arguments and to hone your research as well as argumentative skills on a National level event of Moot Court Competition which shall be judged and presided over by the Hon&#8217;ble Justices (sitting or retired) of the Court of law and renowned Advocates in the arena of Criminal &amp; Corporate Laws.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Having successfully organized various webinars and competitions in a row, this edition speaks of our efforts that aim at improving the whole experience by ensuring that the teams are met with a challenging problem based on contemporary and developing aspects of Law.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\">General Details<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>\n<p>Date: November 24-25, 2023<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Mode: Offline<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Venue: Amity University Madhya Pradesh, Gwalior.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Eligibility Criteria<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The Competition shall be open for &#8216;bona fide&#8217; students who are pursuing an integrated 5-year or 3-year Law Program in India from an institution recognized by the Bar Council of India.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\">General Rules<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>\n<p>The official language for the competition shall be English only.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Each team shall consist of a minimum of two (2) members and a maximum of three (3) members.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Teams comprising two members shall only have two (2) speakers and teams comprising three members shall have two (2) speakers and one (1) researcher.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The final results and the winners shall be announced during Valedictory Ceremony.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Registration Details<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Registration link has been annexed below for convenience.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Registration Fees is INR 5000\/- per team.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>The details of the payment are mentioned in the Brochure.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Fee Once paid, would be non-refundable.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The first 30 teams will be registered based on &#8220;first come first serve&#8221;.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Important Dates<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Date of the Competition- November 24-25, 2023<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Last date of registration- November 12, 2023<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Date of release of clarifications- November 14, 2023<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Last date Memorial Submission in soft copy- November 18, 2023<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Last date of Memorial Submission in <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Hard Copy<\/span>&#8211;
