Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas advises Cello World Limited (“Issuer”) on its Initial public offering by way of an offer for sale of 29,337,023 equity shares aggregating to ₹ 1900 Crore by certain shareholders. The deal was valued approximately at Rs 1900 Crores and the equity shares of the Issuer were listed on the BSE and NSE on 6 November 2023.<\/p>\n

The Issuer is a prominent player in the consumer ware market in India, with presence in the consumer houseware, writing instruments and stationery, and moulded furniture and allied products and consumer glassware categories.<\/p>\n
