Equity and Banyan Tree"},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;\">\n<p style=\"\">DSK Legal advised and assisted Narayana Group of Entities (Narayana Group) and its promoters (Promoters) in relation to a leveraged buyout of ~ USD 165 million of the stake held by:<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 36pt; text-indent: -18pt;\">(A) Morgan Stanley Private Equity; and<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 36pt; text-indent: -18pt; margin-bottom: 3%;\">(B) Banyan Tree Capital.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">In NSPIRA Management Services Private Limited (&#8220;<span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Transaction<\/span>&#8221;).<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The Transaction included fund raising for the leverage buy-out from certain marquee financial investors (Investors).<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Narayana group is one of the largest education institutions in the K12 segment in India, inspiring success across India&#8217;s major cities and towns, with over 495,000 students across 830 centers in 22 states.
