Oka and Pankaj Mithal issued notice on the petition, and also stayed the proceedings before the Gujarat Court.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The defamation case has been filed by Hareshbhai Pranshakar Mehta, the vice president of All India Anti-Corruption and Crime Preventive Council.
