In its Resolution dated 17-10-2023, the Supreme Court Collegium comprising of Dr Justice D.Y. Chandrachud, Chief Justice of India, Justice Sanjay Kishan Kaul and Justice Sanjiv Khanna, recommended the names of 13 Advocates and 7 Judicial Officers to be appointed as Judges for several High Courts. The following names were recommended after due consultation and scrutiny of reports sent by the constitutional authorities for the respective States, the recommendation made by the respective High Court Collegiums and material placed on record by the Department of Justice.<\/p>\n
