The Centre for Research and Training in Commercial Regulations (CTRCR) at MNLU Mumbai, in association with ICSI Institute of Insolvency Professionals, invites registration for a hybrid Training Program<\/span> on “Challenges under IBC 2016 and its Practical Implications<\/span>”. We invite registrations from law students and legal professionals for this hybrid Training Program to be held on 13th<\/span> October, 2023.<\/p>\n

About Centre for Training and Research in Commercial Regulations, MNLU Mumbai<\/p>\n

The Centre for Training and Research in Commercial Regulations was established at MNLU Mumbai, to encourage and promote discussion, training, and research in areas of Commercial Law and allied areas by bringing together academicians, professionals, legal experts, regulators, judges, economists and students. Our aim is to disseminate awareness about contemporary changes & challenges faced by different businesses in the Indian & International Markets and to be able to generate literary academia where people from various forums can come together to exhibit their knowledge and expertise. We envisage to serve as a platform for people from all diverse fields to share their nuances about commercial and regulatory compliance mechanisms and the nitty-gritties associated with them.<\/p>\n

The training program’s objective is to appraise the law students, lawyers, Company Secretaries, resolution professionals, and law teachers, about the contemporary challenges faced by Professionals in Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process. We encourage Resolution Professionals, Official Liquidators, Practicing Lawyers, and Law Students & Teachers to attend this program.<\/p>\n

This hybrid training program, in the context of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) 2016, represents an innovative approach to addressing the challenges and practical implications faced by stakeholders within the insolvency resolution process. This comprehensive training initiative blends traditional classroom-based learning with practical hands-on experience, aiming to equip professionals, such as insolvency professionals, resolution applicants, and legal practitioners, with the necessary skills and knowledge to navigate the intricacies of the IBC effectively.<\/p>\n

Resource persons for the program include Mr. Rajesh Sheth (Resolution Professional), Mr. Sumant Batra (Insolvency Lawyer) and Ms. Dipti Mehta (Resolution Professional).<\/p>\n
